Join a growing industry where there is a shortage of apprentices and skilled workers. Building and Construction companies in New Zealand are booming and there has never been a better time to gain nationally recognised qualifications for the workshop.
With Regent Training Centre you will spend most of your time in the workshop or out on external building sites whilst completing your national qualifications. Your literacy and numeracy skills will continuously be improving, and NCEA will be gained while you work on various building projects and increasing your practical skill set.
Once you have completed this programme of study, you will be able to progress onto higher level learning by enrolling upon our New Zealand Certificate in Construction Trades Skills (Level 3) in Kerikeri or Kaitaia, or go straight into the building, construction or allied trades area industry at an entry/skilled labouring level.
Qualifications gained:
NZ Certificate in Building, Construction and Allied Trades Skills (Level 2)
